Insurance
We accept 3rd party insurance such as American Whole Health, First Health, United Health Care, Mailhandlers, Medicare, Select Health, Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Utah, and hundreds of others with chiropractic coverage. Coverage is determined upon verification to determine in network and out of network benefits.
We always accept all auto insurance and Workers Compensation claims.
Self-Pay
There is a time of service bookkeeping savings discount that is given if you pay the same day as services rendered. We also offer prepay discount plans for patients with a particular number of treatment visits.
Wellness Plans
Our annual wellness plans are ideal for individual patients and families who are committed to using chiropractic care to maintain a healthy lifestyle. These plans are great for patients who do not have or wish not to use chiropractic health insurance. Our wellness plans are not used for injury care but rather for preventative measures.
